Expansion Party

To celebrate and announce the expansion and renovation of a local convention center, I lead the team in planning an event for stakeholders with the ultimate goal of booking new business. I planned fun details like a local craft beer tasting, "Plan Hard, Play Hard" balloon photo-op, a station highlighting the local food scene and a menu that showcased the in-house caterers best options including an ice cream sundae bar.
